This service allows you to pay a nominal US$1 fee per ticket, or equivalent in ZAR or ZWG, to re-validate your trip, ensuring you can continue your travel plans with minimal disruption.
How it Works:
- Select Number of Tickets: Choose the number of lost tickets you need to re-validate. Each quantity represents one lost ticket fee.
- Provide Details: During the checkout process, you will be prompted to provide essential information related to your original booking, such as your original ticket number/order number (if available), booking name, and travel date. This information helps us verify your original purchase.
- Complete Payment: Finalize your payment using your preferred method.
- Receive Confirmation: You will then be provided with another replacement ticket
Important Information:
- This service is for re-validating lost tickets for pre-existing, valid bookings only. It is not a new ticket purchase.
- The lost ticket fee is non-refundable once the re-validation process is complete.
