This allows you to rebook your existing tickets for a new destination or to reschedule for a new date or time. This fee is charged per passenger and covers the administrative costs associated with processing the change, including updating booking records, reissuing tickets, and managing seat adjustments.
Important Notes:
- This fee is charged per passenger travelling. If your ticket has 3 passengers, you will need to add three passengers to the cart.
- For change of trip destination, this fee is for rebooking only and does not cover the cost of the new ticket if it is priced higher than the original. Any price difference will be handled separately.
- Availability for rescheduling is subject to Extracity’s discretion and is also subject to seat availability on the new desired date/time.
- Rebooking or reschedule requests must be communicated at least an hour before departure time.
- If you booked online, you can communicate your intention to rebook or to reschedule using any other channels, but you will be required to send us a Reschedule Request email as well to info@extracity.co.zw or to submit the Rebook Request form online.
- If you booked at our offices, you can communicate your intention to rebook or reschedule using any other channels, but you will be required to bring the original ticket before any reschedule is done
- No cancellations and refunds can be processed after a ticket has been rescheduled.
